The absolute best customer service. I was looking for specific Ortlieb pannier bags which have been hard to find. Cargocycles had similar items but not exactly what I wanted. Matt tracked down exactly what I wanted at another store and arranged for me to pick them up. This is so different to my experience at other shops, where they've tried to sell me stuff I didn't want. I'll be back to Cargocycles whenever I'm looking for an accessory....
