Melbourne Stage 4 restrictions: Retail shop closed from Thursday 6 Aug (but we’re not goin’ anywhere)

Service and repairs closed

Our workshop will be closed during the Stage 4 restrictions. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to service or repair any bikes. We will have the diary open as soon as we have a confirmed date for when the restrictions are being lifted, and we’ll be able to take bookings then.

Retail shop closed – online and ‘call & collect’ open

Our online shop will be open 24/7 – we are updating our site with all of our products and up-to-date stock levels. We will be dispatching all orders daily so jump online for any parts you require.

We will have a staff member in the shop answering emails and calls between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, and from 10am until 2pm on Saturdays.

We will also be operating a contactless ‘click and collect’ service for any purchases from our entrance on Glenlyon Road. Please call the shop on 03 90429058 and we can process the order, including payment, and will book a time for you to collect.

We are still able to assemble any bikes that are purchased, so if you’ve been waiting for one of the new Benno’s that are arriving this week we can get one built up for you.

Unfortunately the restrictions mean we can’t offer any test rides. Please contact us for any details.
