The vanRaam Easy Rider Compact trike is designed specifically for larger children, or smaller adults and is clearly different from other tricycles.

Virtually anyone can ride this trike! It has a unique frame with a low step-through and a stable lower sitting position. The low centre of gravity, seating with back support and front steering give the rider a safe and secure feeling. The handlebar and seat height, as well as seat angle, are adjustable.

The forward pedalling motion and the frame suspension ensure a perfectly comfortable ride. The special cycling position places hardly any burden on the back, neck, shoulders and wrists. The vanRaam Easy Rider Compact is available with various options, such as single-hand brakes, a walker holder, foot fixation and an electric engine for power assist.

Amazingly manoeuvrable with a small turning circle - can even be pedalled in reverse!

Dutch design & reliability

The Easy Rider Compact has a compact design, due to a small front wheel and larger rear wheels. This seated tricycle also has a narrower handlebar and shorter cranks than the Easy Rider. There are standard anti-tipping wheels at the back of the frame.

Almost all cables run through the frame. This not only looks nice, but also gives the cables extra protection. In addition, the Easy Rider Compact has a chain hose instead of a chain guard which contributes to a modern and minimalist design.

With the vanRaam Easy Rider Compact a luggage frame is mounted on the backrest. A single-sided pannier can easily be attached to the pannier rack. You can also easily take it off when doing groceries or simply use it to store personal items while cycling. The luggage frame can accommodate most single-sided panniers. The optional battery on this trike is placed sideways on the bicycle, between the two rear wheels. The battery rail is therefore made so that the battery only has to be partially slid onto the carriage and can easily be removed.
