The latest Boost just landed another accolade in Bicycling Magazine in the US. Here’s a highlight but the original review is attached as a pdf:

  • when many e-bike makers were still experimenting with shapes and configurations, and not always successfully, the Boost arrived as something else
  • Immense utility, easy to ride, and attractive looks
  • A cargo bike you can and will want to ride everyday

“BACK IN 2016, when many e-bike makers were still experimenting with shapes and configurations, and not always successfully, the Boost arrived as something else: It had immense utility, was easy to ride, and looked attractive thanks to symmetrical lines and a bold design.

This version improves on that, without changing the ride quality. You can haul up to 130 pounds on the rear rack and 45 on the optional front one, the motor and battery are cleanly integrated (though the battery still sits outside the frame), the 2.6-inch tires on 24-inch wheels offer lots of traction and bump absorption, and the Bosch Performance Speed Cargo motor powers you up to 28 mph. It’s a cargo bike you can and will want to ride every day”
