Solarbike Yuba Mundo

We recently built a Yuba Mundo with a super simple conversion kit from Solarbike. It uses a front mounted direct drive motor for a smooth, powerful bit of assistance when you need it and a hand throttle to control it The battery is mounted on the frame in a lockable rack mount so that you can charge the battery on or off the bike. A custom torque bar is available to suit the Yuba frame. At $950 for the kit plus approx $160 for us to fit and test you can be on the road with an electric assist cargo bike for as little as $2360 depending on the the accessories you need for your own brand of bicycle hauling.
