24V SLA electric cargo bike conversion

We recently prepared this bike project for a customer in Perth. We purchased the Mk1 cargocycle from a previous customer as part of our buyback scheme and then refurbished it as required before fitting a 24v Sealed Lead Acid battery electric conversion kit. The batteries and controller all fit in a canvas bag in the bottom of the cargo box so the weight is carried nice and low. If the electric assist is not needed for a trip it is a quick job to remove the power unit and store it off the bike.
